I had been living with a headache that was a constant companion. It always felt like I was coming down with a head cold. It was there when I got up in the morning and still there when I went to bed at night.
I tried everything. I went to doctors, physical therapists for neck and upper back, then I went to a chiropractor. I tried Cortisone shots and even Botox injections and electro-shock therapy. Nothing worked.
I finally gave up and decided I had to learn to live with it.
